1989 - Company formed under the name "Diversified
Electronics" to re-manufacture toner cartridges for Hewlett
Packard's laser printer, the Laserjet 2, utilizing Canon's new
SX toner cartridge.

1995 - HP authorized "Value Added Reseller"(VAR),
specializing in HP laser printers.

1998 - Hewlett Packard "Authorized Service Provider"(ASP),
repairing laser printers under HP warranty.

1998 to 2002 - Computer related services are added such as
computer networking, system building, installation &
de-installation, remediation, and software licensing.

2002 - Adds "Sales Representative" services, signing an
agreement with "Alternative Vision Corp." to sell the newly
available Foveon imaging sensors. Name changed to "Vega
Technology Group" to reflect the changes in company direction
and philosophy.

2005 - The computer industry is now commodity driven,
including IT services, prompting "VTG" to exit the computer/IT
market with the sale of all physical assets of its computer
business. VTG has retained it's HP "Partner One" program
status and now sources products direct from HP.

2005 to Present day - VTG has focused exclusively on offering
sales and sales support services to manufacturers,
consultants, engineers, and master distributors.

VTG, realizing an ever changing marketplace, remains open
to new product lines and services that will enhance our present
portfolio.
